This isn’t a PR stunt. This isn't a one-off event.
This is genuine employee engagement through volunteering;
and it's as
low or high commitment as you want it to be.

Good Team programs are:

Realistic + Efficient

Increments that make sense
for busy people & companies

Flexible

Fit giving around work
& other obligations

Impactful

Events that truly help the
cause (this is rare)

Automated

Once set up, our
programs run passively

Which can result in the following ...

Engagement Kickstart

Go from nothing to a full fledge engagement plan in one, easy, affordable step.

Time & Effort

You know what gets reach? Genuine experiences combined with social media.

Passive, Organic Exposure

Less time / effort dedicated to planning & logistics means more bandwidth for new initiatives.

Recruiting

More experiences leads to stronger communities. And strong communities strongly attract others.

Impact & Fun
With more participation you will get more done (whatever the objective). Not to mention more fulfillment.

Community

Shared experiences help foster (not force) real friendships and a deeper sense of community.

And (for companies) there's also the bottom line.

F.A.Q.

  • Virtual / Remote factors?

With more teams and offices going partially or fully remote, team bonding around non-work activities is more important that ever. Good Team programs can be virtual or in person, as can my involvement.

  • How long do these projects take?

The road map report is two weeks of work. Minimum program implementation is usually 4-6 weeks, with more involved programs taking several months.

  • Why are the costs?

Cost vary, but generally speaking this the costs are equivalent to a prorated management salary.

  • My background?

My early career was in hospitality admin. But lucky enough to be from a family that emphasized service, I always had one foot in the charity world and held managerial positions there at various points.

After planning more and more corporate events from the charity side, I realized an even greater impact can be made when planned from the company side (for reasons I can expand upon).

And that is what we do. Working to help better utilize the massive untapped resource of corporate philanthropy, while also making these events works better for both sides.

  • Size of programs / companies?

A single department of large companies or a single office in a smaller company is a good starting point. We can scale as needed after that.

But generally speaking a single project can get a large group of employees active sporadically, or a smaller group active more frequently

A single department in a large company or a single office in a smaller company is a good starting point. We can scale as needed after that.

  • Why can't I do this internally?

You can. In fact our services are designed to enable you to do as much as possible internally if that's what you want.

The primary example of this is the Road Map report. Which,  in addition to outlining what it would take for Good Team to impliment, will give you instructions for doing the bulk of the set up on your own.

But the truth is that group philanthropy is hard to organize — let alone the type of flexible, high-impact events we focus on.

It's event planning — which is already challenging — but with charities, bringing a unique set of challenges. And with your costs being essentially the same whether you use us or the labor of your existing employees, why not use the experts?

Every week you wait, is another week that your
company misses out on the benefit$ of improved culture.

With Good Team there are no more excuses 😉
